Our mission is to empower world class product teams to understand their users better, giving them a powerful set of tools that can be used for research and feedback ranging from prototype & design feedback to contextual in-product surveys.
Create an account
Create an account by opening the signup page. Enter your email and your password to move forward to the next page.
Verify your account
Please check your email inbox for a verification code. Enter the verification code and proceed to the next page. If you don't see the email, please make sure to check your spam and promotion folders if you don't find the verification code email in your main inbox. If you can't find the email click on the Resend button to send another email.
Enter your team details
Enter your team details on the following screen. Add your team name as well as your team size and role. You will be able to edit and change these details after you are done with the onboarding. After you are done entering the details, click on continue.
Invite your collaborators
Invite any of your collaborators so that they can join your space. Enter their emails and click on the send invite button.
Finish onboarding
Congratulations! You have successfully onboarded to Hubble. In the next guide, you will learn how to create an unmoderated study using Hubble.
