Hubble offers flexible subscription plans to meet your team’s needs. Depending on the plan, your workspace will have different number of monthly responses and credits that can be used. This page provides guide on how to review your workspace usage so that you can plan your next study accordingly.

Step 1. From Hubble home page, go to “Account Settings” on the bottom left of the page.
Step 2. From Account Settings, click on “Manage plan” tab to review details of your plan. It will show the name of the plan, duration of the subscription, billing cycle, pricing, and team usage. Under “Team usage”, you’ll be able to review the number of survey responses and recruiting credits used.
