You can invite collaborators to effectively setup and manage studies in Hubble. To invite colleagues and teammates to Hubble, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Once logged in to your Hubble account, click on “+ Invite collaborators” on the top right corner of the home screen.
Step 2. Enter your collaborator’s email address, and click on “Send Invite”.
Step 3. Your collaborator will receive an invitation email to join your workspace.
Step 4. Once clicking on “Join team”, your collaborator will be prompted with a page to create account. Your collaborator will receive a verification email. Entering the verification code will prompt the collaborator to join the workspace.
Step 5. To confirm that your collaborator is in the workspace, you should be able to see your collaborator with a new avatar on the top right page of the screen.
Alternatively, you can also invite collaborators under "Account Settings" > "Team Setting" tab.
