Hubble integrates with Slack so you can receive real-time notifications whenever a participant completes a study. This guide walks you through connecting your Slack account to your Hubble workspace.
Step 1. From the Hubble home page, click Settings in the left sidebar.
Step 2. Click the Integrations tab at the top to see a list of third-party applications that you can connect with Hubble.
Step 3. Click on Slack. A dialog will appear with an overview of how the integration works. Note that only one Slack channel can receive response notifications at a time. Click Continue, then sign in with your Slack account or enter your Slack workspace URL. Your Slack workspace URL can be found by clicking the workspace name in the top-left corner of the Slack app. For more details, refer to https://slack.com/help/articles/221769328-Locate-your-Slack-URL.
Step 4. You can see a green Connected badge appear next to Slack if it is connected properly.
