The Slack notification setting lets you receive a Slack update each time a new response is submitted to your live in-product survey or unmoderated study. This guide covers how to turn on the setting in an unmoderated study.
Step 1. Make sure your Slack integration is set up first. See How do I connect my Slack account to Hubble? for details.
Step 2. For each study, you need to set notification turned on. Before you launch an unmoderated study, click on Settings on top right corner.
Step 3. In the General settings panel, turn on Slack notifications for new responses. This setting can be enabled whether the study is unpublished, live, or paused.
Once you have Slack connected and notifications turned on, you'll receive a notification every time a new response is submitted through the Slack channel you specified.
