Once your unmoderated study goes live, participants can start submitting responses. If you need to stop collecting responses, you can pause the study at any time and resume it whenever you're ready.
Step 1. Open a live unmoderated study. Click Pause in the top right corner.
Step 2. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Continue to pause the study. Note that if the study is shared through the web SDK, pausing it will also disable SDK-based access.
Step 3. The study is now paused and no new responses will be collected. To start collecting responses again, click Resume in the top right corner.
Note: If participants open the study link while the study is paused, they will see a message indicating that the study has concluded.
