Now that you've successfully designed and launched your unmoderated study, it's time to share the link so that testers can participate. As soon as responses get submitted, you can start analyzing the results.
Sharing the study link
Once a study goes live, testers are able to submit responses. Depending on the workspace subscription, Hubble can help you reach out to participants with our own pool of recruiting panel. If you have your own pool of participants, you can share the study link as below.
Analyzing data
As soon as a response is submitted, you are able to monitor it in the "Summary" and "Responses" tabs. Any incomplete responses will not be registered in the study result page. To view the responses and results of your unmoderated study, simply click the study name.
Summary
“Summary” tab shows you an aggregated result for your study. For prototype tasks, you can review how many testers passed certain screens or stages of the prototype along with click maps. To learn more about understanding prototype task results, see here.
You can navigate around each question from the left hand side.
Responses
You can review individual responses in detail in the “Responses” tab. The default “Table view” shows the individual responses that can be also exported into different formats.
With the “Card View”, you can review individual responses more thoroughly.
