How do I share a draft study with others that don’t have a Hubble account? – Hubble

Depending on the plan that you are on, you may have limited seatings to cover the entire team or you might have an incident where you need to quickly share the study outside Hubble account. You can share the preview of the study by copying the URL of the public version of the study. This approach works for both draft and live studies. This guide shows how you can share a public view of the study version.

Step 1. From your study page, click “Preview”.

Step 2. The page will prompt a private version of the study, which requires a login. Click on “Public Preview” to access the public version of the study.

Step 3. The new page is a publicly available version of the study. You can copy the URL and share it with others outside of Hubble.
