You can remove responses that are corrupted, fraudulent, or otherwise suspicious so they don’t affect your overall study results.
If the participant response was collected through Hubble via User Interviews or Respondent, any used credits associated with that response will be restored, and the participant’s status will be reverted to Invited instead of Submitted.
Step 1. In “Responses” tab, select the response that you wish to remove. Once selected, the row will be highlighted.
Step 2. Once a data row is highlighted, click Delete selected response on the top right corner.
