1. Internal Participant Panel
If you already have a list of customers and participants who are fit for your study, you can invite them by sharing the study link.
Once you publish an unmoderated study in Hubble, a unique study link is automatically generated under the Share tab. This link can be shared directly with your internal participant panel. Since the link is publicly accessible, anyone who receives it can participate without needing a Hubble account. You can distribute the study through your participant channel.
2. Respondent and User Interviews Integration
Hubble helps you find participants who are a perfect fit for your studies using its own recruiting panel. Without directly signing in or paying for Respondent or User Interviews, you get access to a high-quality participant panel with Hubble. To learn more about how to use Hubble's recruitment panel, see our recruitment guide.
3. Using specific page URL or events in in-product surveys
With in-product surveys, there is a variety of trigger configuration options. Specifying a specific page URL to trigger the survey will allow you to reach out to participants who meet the configuration options. For example, if you want to gauge the purchasing experience on the website, you can trigger a survey on the thank you page to follow up for feedback.
