In-product surveys lets you collect feedback directly from your users. You might be interested in collecting their contact information to follow-up with future studies or conduct longitudinal study. For example, you can collect target users’ contact information to conduct in-depth interviews. This quick guide suggests examples to help with recruiting participants using in-product survey.
1. Using an existing template
1.1. Create a new in-product survey from the home page.
1.2. From the list of templates, scroll down to find “Recruit study participants” template to get started.
1.3. The template will have basic tasks setup to help you get started. To make sure you speak to the right user profile for your learning objectives, ask questions that help you better filter for the right user profile.
2. Using an external link
You can use this method along with the first method. You can add an “external link” task to direct users to a specific URL. A common example is to lead the users to a live unmoderated study that you launched.
