Updating survey trigger configuration
Once you published your in-product survey, it will be live and triggered based on the configuration setup. Make sure to test out the survey yourself to ensure that it works as you intended. Even after publishing the survey, you can update the configuration on the share tab.
Reviewing responses
You are able to review the responses as soon as they are submitted. There are two ways to review the responses:
Summary view
Summary tab is the default view once you click into the live survey, displaying the overview responses.
Depending on the type of question, different visualization will be shown for you to make sense of the data.
When using the NPS module, the score will be automatically calculated along with the distribution of the ratings.
Responses view
Responses tab allow you to examine the responses individually. It will by default show it in a table as shown below.
You can toggle between Table View and Card View. Toggling the Card View will let you examine the responses one at a time.
