Once you launch the recruiting project, your study will be promoted to recruitment panel. As soon as candidates submit screener questions, you will be able to review them and decide whether to invite them to your studies.
- We recommend our full guide on recruiting participants in Hubble.
Step 1. Check the overview of the progress
The Overview tab shows a breakdown of participant numbers at each stage:
Applicants: Total number of candidates who submitted screener responses.
Invited: Participants you’ve chosen to invite to the study. By default, you’ll manually review screener responses before sending invites.
Submitted: Invited participants who have completed the study. Poor-quality submissions can be removed without affecting your recruitment credits.
Completed: Participants you’ve reviewed and marked as complete, finalizing their submissions.
Step 2. Review and invite candidates
Candidates that have submitted their screener surveys will be visible in the Participants tab. Participants will be categorized based on their fits to the study. Qualified participants mean that they fully fit within your screening criteria.
If you find a good fitting participant, you can invite the participant by selecting Invite button that appears on the top right corner of the candidate detail.
Step 3. Marking participation complete
Participants who have finished the study will appear as Submitted. At this stage, you’ll need to review their responses to verify quality. If a submission is incomplete, missing a recording, off-target, or appears fraudulent, you can remove it and nullify the entry.
If the response meets your standards, select Mark as Complete to finalize it. This will also trigger the incentive payout automatically.
