Once you launch the recruiting project, your study will be promoted to recruitment panel. As soon as candidates submit screener questions, you will be able to review them and decide whether to invite them to your studies.
- We recommend our full guide on recruiting participants in Hubble.
Step 1. Check the overview of the progress
- #1 mark shows which recruiting platform the participants are being recruited from.
- #2 Participants tab will let you examine individual screener submission.
The Overview tab will show the breakdown of each number at different stages.
- Applicants: are the total number of candidates that submitted their responses.
- Invited: shows the number of participants that are invited to participate in your study.
- Submitted: shows the number of participants that have been invited and completed the study. The responses will be visible both in Completed tab and also in the relevant study's results page.
- Completed: is the number of participants that have been marked completed from your end, confirming their submission.
- Paid: is the final stage confirming the incentives have have been paid out.
Step 2. Review individual candidates
Candidates that have submitted their screener surveys will be visible in the Participants tab. Participants will be categorized based on their fits to the study. Qualified participants mean that they fully fit within your screening criteria.
Step 3. Invite participants
If you find a good fitting participant, you can invite the participant by selecting Invite button that appears on the top right corner of the candidate detail.
Step 4. Marking participation complete
Once the invited participant completes the study, make sure to review the submission under the study summary and results page.
You will need to confirm and mark completion. Marking the participant complete will automatically incentivize the participant.
