Recording entire unmoderated test sessions allows you to capture in-depth user interactions, behaviors, and thought processes without direct involvement. By analyzing session recordings, you can uncover usability issues, navigation struggles, and unexpected user behaviors that may not surface in survey responses alone.
These recordings provide valuable context—revealing not just what users do, but also how they approach tasks, where they hesitate, and what elements cause confusion. With this data, you can make data-driven design improvements and ensure a smoother user experience based on real user insights.
