Analysis and report writing are essential steps in research, as they transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed decisions and stakeholder alignment. Hubble’s Reporting feature makes it easy to analyze your study results and build reports side-by-side within the same view. With AI-generated summaries and key takeaways, you can quickly kickstart your analysis. Simply drag and drop insight cards into your report and add your own details to turn raw findings into a clear, actionable story.

Step-by-Step Guide on Reporting
Step 1. Go to Reports Tab
A new Reports tab is available in the left hand menu.
Step 2. Create a New Report
Step 3. Link a Study to the Report
Creating a new study will open a blank editor with the option to link your study. Click on the dropdown menu to load an existing study.
- The left half is a text editor where you can write-up, import images and visuals to draft your report.
- The right half is the analysis panel that shows the summary results along with AI-generated insights.
Once you click Analyze Study, give it a few seconds for the AI to generate key takeaways for each question.
Step 4. Link a Study to the Report
The AI-generated summaries will show the question type, question, and AI Summary in card format. You can drag-and-drop each card item to the left text editor.
- If you linked a live, active study, note that any newly submitted responses will not be reflected in the analysis tab. You need to select Regenerate with AI to sync the analysis to your recent study.
Step 5. Build the Report with Drag-and-Drop
As you review study results, you can easily drag-and-drop card items to the report to begin your report write-up. You can also drag-and-drop tables and charts to supplement your write-up.
