When distributing a survey via email, Hubble does not automatically track individual emails for link-based studies. To identify responses from each participant, we recommend using a custom testerID parameter in your survey link.
How to Set It Up
Include an email question in your survey (optional but recommended)
Ask respondents to enter their email address in the survey as a backup in case of mismatches or link sharing.Create a unique link for each respondent
Add a customtesterIDvalue to your survey URL. This can be an email address, user ID, or any string identifier.Example format:

Send each participant their custom URL via email. This ensures their responses can be traced back to them securely.
