Every note you take during video review is automatically compiled in the Notes tab. This view displays each note along with its assigned label, video source, and timestamp.
By viewing all notes at a glance along with the ability to assign or filter labels, you can begin organizing them into meaningful findings and insights.
Reviewing Notes
Clicking on a note will take you directly to the corresponding moment in the video, where you can view the label, edit the note, or revisit the recording for deeper analysis.
Filtering Options
The filter panel on the left lets you refine your view by three main categories:
By Label: Add, remove, or adjust the hierarchy of labels to help organize notes by common themes, patterns, or your own workflow.
By Source: Filter notes by the video they originate from. This is especially useful when working with multiple studies or tasks within the same project.
By Participants: Filter notes by individual participants. This is particularly helpful when analyzing segments based on user personas or comparing behavior across user types.
Managing Labels
You can add, remove, or adjust the hierarchy of labels at any time using the Labels tab. Any changes made here will automatically apply to all existing notes that use those labels.
Labels help you group notes into common themes or patterns, making it easier to organize and analyze your data.
