Single sign-on lets your team sign in to Hubble through your existing identity provider, such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Google Workspace. Instead of managing a separate Hubble password, members authenticate the same way they do with your other company tools.
Setting up SSO requires the Enterprise plan and an Admin role. The Security tab appears only when both apply, so if you do not see it, check your role or contact Hubble to discuss upgrading.
Step 1. Open the Security settings
Go to Settings in the left sidebar and open the Security tab. You'll find the Single sign-on section here.
Step 2. Start the SSO setup
Click Set up single sign-on. This opens the Configure Single Sign-On page.
Step 3. Select your identity provider
Select your provider from the list. You can search by name, or choose Custom SAML or Custom OIDC if yours is not listed. Once you select a provider, setup continues in the WorkOS Admin Portal.
