You can save frequently used recruitment screener questions to your question library to quickly reuse them across studies.
This helps your team build screeners faster, maintain consistency, and avoid rewriting the same questions for every study.
Create and save a question
To add a new question to your library:
Step 1. In a Recruitment project, go to Screener tab
Step 2. Write your screener question and configure the answer options.
Step 3. Select Save to question library.
Step 4. Enter a name for the saved question, if prompted. Select Continue.
The question will be added to your question library and can be reused in future screeners.
Using the Questions Templates
Step 1. Once the question is saved, you can access it by selecting the Questions Templates next to Add Questions.
Step 2. Browse or search for the question you want to use. You can select the question, and click Add question at the bottom right.
You can manage your saved questions in this drawer UI, where you can rename or delete the questions.
Deleting a question removes it from the question library. It does not remove the question from existing screeners where it has already been used.
Tips for building a question library
Use clear names that make saved questions easy to find, such as:
- Current product usage
- Job role and responsibilities
- Purchase frequency
- Recent experience
- Industry qualification
