Once your study is published and active, you can invite participants directly from your Internal Participant list.
This lets you recruit from participants your team already manages in Hubble without needing to upload a new contact list for each study.
Invite internal contacts to your study
Step 1. From your published study, open the Recruitment.
Step 2. Choose the option to recruit from Your Participants. If you need to recruit external participants via Respondent or User Interviews, please see recruiting via Hubble's participant panel.
Step 3. You'll be prompted with Project details page, where you can import recruitment templates from existing studies or templates.
You can optionally set incentive amounts. If you have Tremendous connected, you can streamline the incentive payout flow as well.
Step 4. You can optionally add screening questions. If you don't include any screener questions, participants will be automatically invited to participate in the study.
Otherwise, you can setup screener questions to additionally filter for their fits before having them complete the study.
Step 5. You can then setup custom email templates. If you have screener questions setup, you can customize emails for three different phases:
- Screener invites: email is sent with the link to complete the screener surveys.
- Study invite: email is sent once they qualify for the study.
- Thank-you: email is sent once you confirm their completion.
You can preview the email before you finalize the emails.
You can also use variables by clicking on each variable to apply dynamic variables into your email.
Step 6. Review the recruitment details before finalizing. Once you publish the recruitment, invitations to either the screener or study will be sent immediately to the list of participants you've selected.
After sending invitations, you can continue managing recruitment from the study's Recruitment section and invite additional Internal Participants as needed.
