Once your moderated study is live, you can connect it to an external recruitment project through Respondent. This allows you to source qualified participants who can directly schedule sessions based on your availability.
In the Share tab, you can select Respondent under Recruit research participants. This connects your study to Respondent’s participant network and syncs your session calendar so new recruits can schedule directly within your set availability.
Alternatively, you can create a new recruitment project anytime from the Recruitment tab on your Home page. When creating the project, simply link it to your existing moderated study to ensure session times and participant data stay in sync.
Once linked, participants recruited through Respondent will see your available session times, receive automated confirmation emails, and join sessions using the meeting link generated in Hubble. Any confirmed sessions will automatically appear in your Sessions tab and your integrated calendar.
